Key Issues to Address

Bohemia Energy needed to:

• Streamline vehicle handovers between sales representatives in Czech and Slovak branches without requiring fleet managers to be physically present.

• Quickly and efficiently revoke access to vehicles in case of unreliable employees.

• Prevent the misuse of company vehicles for personal earnings (e.g., BOLT, UBER, etc.).

• Ensure vehicle monitoring during use and prevent poor maintenance.

Our Approach to the Solution

To maximize efficiency, we implemented innovative fleet management features:

• Integration of vehicle monitoring and contract signing system: Contracts had to be signed only when the vehicle was within walking distance of the client’s location to minimize potential fraud.

• Vehicle cleanliness control: The system randomly required drivers to submit photos of their vehicle. Until they provided proof of a clean car, the vehicle could not be started.

• Mass installation of tracking units: We managed to install 20-30 units per day, reducing the average installation time to 25 minutes per vehicle.

One of the biggest challenges was the rapid deployment and installation of the solution across a large fleet. Thanks to detailed preparation and precisely organized mass installations, we effectively overcame this issue.
